how it works

  • Start by submitting a short application so I can learn more about your goals, background, and what you’re looking for in a coach. This is where we figure out if RSF is the right fit for your journey — and how I can help you move forward with purpose.

  • Once accepted, We’ll setup an intro call to go over our plans and make the best choice for you. Next, I’ll create a custom training program tailored to your goals, schedule, equipment, and experience. Whether you train in person with me or on your own with full guidance in the RSF app, your plan will evolve with you — and it’s built to last.

    • In-person clients receive a full program + live coaching

    • Program-only clients get monthly updates + accountability support

  • You’ll train consistently with structure, intention, and full access to your program and check-ins. I’ll keep you accountable every step of the way — with ongoing feedback, progress tracking, and faith-based encouragement when you need it most.
