REDEEMED STRENGTH FITNESS – TERMS & POLICIES

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Redeemed Strength Fitness LLC (“RSF”) provides in-person personal training, custom programming, and faith-based fitness coaching. We are certified fitness professionals, but not licensed medical practitioners, therapists, or registered dietitians.

By engaging in RSF services, you acknowledge:
- You have consulted a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- You understand the risks of physical activity and accept full responsibility for your participation.
- Results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and consistency.

2. PAYMENTS & PRICING

All services are billed in USD. RSF accepts payment through Stripe or approved manual invoicing.

Monthly Coaching:
- Invoices are due before training begins each billing cycle.
- Training is paused if payment is not received on time.

Prepaid Plans (2- or 3-Month Discounts):
- Discounted plans are paid in full upfront and non-refundable.
- Plans begin on the agreed start date and expire based on term length.
- Pauses may be granted for serious illness or emergency, at coach discretion.

3. IN-PERSON SESSION POLICIES

Scheduling:
- All in-person training is conducted at Lifters Lair Gym (Brick, NJ).
- Sessions are booked in advance and held at consistent time slots weekly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Emergency cases will be handled with understanding — communication is key.

Session Expiration:

- Sessions must be used within the agreed monthly or prepaid window.
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless previously approved.

Late Arrivals:
- Sessions begin and end on schedule. If you’re late, your session time will be reduced accordingly.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session may be considered missed.

RSF Cancellations:
- If the coach must cancel a session, a makeup will be offered or credit applied to the next billing cycle.

Gym Access:
- A separate gym membership is not required during RSF-coached sessions.
- Clients are expected to arrive in proper training attire, ready to work.

4. PROGRAM-ONLY COACHING

Clients who enroll in RSF custom programs without live in-person sessions will:
- Receive access to the RSF training app (Everfit)
- Be expected to check in weekly or bi-weekly for accountability
- Communicate training feedback and complete program updates monthly

Missed check-ins may delay updates to your program.

5. CLIENT CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS

All clients are expected to:
- Respect the RSF mission and the gym/training environment
- Communicate openly about injuries, limitations, or schedule conflicts
- Engage with training in good faith, free from disruptive or disrespectful behavior

RSF reserves the right to discontinue services if client behavior compromises the experience of others or the coach.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

RSF collects personal data for coaching purposes only:
- Information collected (e.g., name, email, goals, health details) is stored securely via platforms such as Everfit, Stripe, and Google Forms.
- Your data is never shared, sold, or used for third-party marketing.

7. FAITH-BASED ENVIRONMENT

RSF is a Christian-led fitness brand. Coaching may include faith-based encouragement, Scripture, and prayer for clients who desire it.

You do not need to share the same faith to train with RSF — respect and unity are core values.

Participation in spiritual elements is always optional and non-coercive.
